Nicole Caraballo
Power Yoga
After her first yoga class, Nicole was excited with the possibilities and challenges yoga presented. When she started her practice, she used yoga purely as physical exercise. With time, and after taking various styles of yoga with many teachers, Nicole began to notice that the calmness and tranquility she had during class followed her off of the yoga mat. Her classes are challenging and rewarding, held in a space of encouragement and freedom.
*Nicole is a registered yoga instructor through the Yoga Alliance. She completed a 200 hour certification course, The Body Awakening Teacher Training with master teacher David Vendetti, and participated in YogaThree's Art of Alignment and Assisting workshop.

Lindsay Craw
Office Manager
DanceFIT for Kids Teaching Assistant
Lindsay has been active all her life and owes her three older brothers credit for their sporty influence. Movement has always been a major part of her days as is working with children. She has had the opportunity to tutor children with their writing in PA, CT, MA, and even Florence, Italy. After graduating from Gettysburg College in 2005 with a Bachelors of Arts in English and a Concentration in Psychology, she migrated up to Boston. Here she has spread her wings and expanded her love for movement and children by becoming the assistant for DanceFit's Tiny Ballerina classes. Waking up early on Saturday mornings is such a joy because she loves to watch the girls progress with their practice and develop classroom skills that will aid them in their formative years. Additionally, she collaborates with DanceFit director, Gina Fay, on a daily basis and loves being a part of such a fast-growing studio that has transformed the lives of many. Her weekdays are spent at Harvard Medical School where she plans large events for the Ivy League community. Lindsay hates to waste a minute of the day and occupies her time with power yoga classes/workshops, graduate school classes at Harvard Extension School, biking, running, kickboxing, and exploring. Lindsay hopes to expand her role with DanceFit by becoming an instructor in Kids Yoga or kickboxing.
