Our adult fitness classes are dance based or low impact (like pilates and yoga) to create a lean, toned, flexible body. 90% of our clients are not "dancers" so don't be intimidated to try something new! Clients will benefit from our small class sizes allowing for individualized attention and personalized instruction.
