Kids work hard in school, work hard in extra curricular activities and sports. Yoga allows the kids to just BE! Our yoga nights help young children just let go and forget the stresses they have in their lives. They get to laugh and crawl on the floor. They free up their imaginations to make shapes and they learn to relax!
Drop your little yogi off to join Denise our certified kids yoga instructor for an evening filled with gratitude, thanks and meeting new friends. We will enjoy and learn new yoga poses and breathing techniques through movement, music and games. Little yogis will participate in a creative yoga craft and gratitude project and a pizza dinner will conclude our special evening.
