*This class is a Monday/Wednesday class, you must sign up for the combination.  Monday is Pilates Stretch with Resistance Tubing and Wednesday is Hip, Thighs and Abs with Resistance Tubing.

 

 

DRESS CODE:

ADULTS: It's best to practice dance and exercise in clothes that are comfortable. You need to be able to move freely. We also recommend dressing in layers, so you are sure to be warm enough but not too hot. Please bring your own cushioned mat and a water bottle. *Ballet or jazz shoes are required for Adult Beginning Ballet.

CHILDREN: All dancers must wear proper attire for dance class. Tights, leotards, tutus and ballet shoes are preferred. Leggings, shorts, and fitted tee shirts are also permitted. All dancers with shoulder length or longer hair must wear their hair pulled away from the face in a ponytail or a bun. Please bring a water bottle.
