Create the long lines of a dancer's body in this intense 45 minute workout. You will lift your seat, lengthen your thighs and firm your abdominals in this fun, fast paced class. The class will improve flexibility, balance, and strength. The ballet barre (or back of a chair or table) becomes a great benefit to assure balance. Absolutely NO dance experience is needed or expected for this class. This program was designed for "non-dancers."

How do I register?

Please check our online scheduler and pre-register for any virtual skype classes. Click here. After completing your online registration, please e-mail us your skype name and you will receive more specifics about this unique virtual program. Space is limited to 8 participants. Absolutely NO dance experience is needed or expected for any of our classes.

What kind of computer and equipment do I need?
All you need to get up and running with Skype is a PC or Mac computer, an internet connection (broadban is best), speakers and a microphone (built in or separate), and a webcam.

How do I get skype? How much does it cost?
Skype is FREE. Go to www.skype.com & and create a user name. Download the newest version of skype (5.3 or above) to be compatible with our class conference system.

Do other participants see you during the workouts?
You will see the instructor at all times during your workout. You can choose if you would like your instructor & the other members in the class to see you. Being able to be seen by your instructor and peers is a great motivator. This is also a great way to get feedback with your form and allow your instructor to see and encourage you. During your first two classes you are required to be seen by the instructor and peers.

Why are virtual classes better than you-tube or on-demand fitness videos?
We are LIVE. We can see you, motivate you and get to know you. There is a sense of accountability when you make a commitment to meet and workout with us in the web. There is not only an experienced instructor to push you, but eight other peers just like you, to keep you going. Your instructors care about your goals, background and want you to progress daily.
