Spring 6FIT starts 1 week from today! We've told you the basic rules; eat clean, workout, drink water and get sleep, but we wanted to share some quotes from our 6FIT Graduates about how amazing the program is and what their favorite part of the program is! My favorite thing about 6Fit was the different types of food that it got me try. Black bean burgers, almond milk, and spaghetti squash were all things I'd never tried before that are now favorites! - Rachel K. My favorite thing about 6FIT is being a part of a team. It really helps on the days when you can't motivate yourself to eat right or workout, that your teammates are there to encourage and support you. -Megs My favorite part was the team support. It really pushed me to do what I was supposed to.
