Join our new Nutrition expert Bethany as she guides you through basic nutrition principles and simple strategies to create nourishing meals and snacks. In this 60 minute workshop, you will learn the building blocks you need to create a balanced plate of food easily, quickly, and in an achievable way for your schedule. Bethany is a strong believer in an “all foods fit” approach, free from strict rules, restrictions, or diets.

Meet Bethany
We are so excited to welcome Bethany to our team and can't wait for her Nutrition workshop. We love how her nutrition approach is based on integrating tiny sustainable habits.
Bethany Gerry is a mom of two from Holliston, MA. She is a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist with 25 years of experience in the fitness and wellness industry, expanding her scope of practice more recently to include a certification as a Functional Diagnostic Nutrition Practitioner. She offers a well rounded approach to help clients feel there best mentally and physically. Bethany has an extensive athletic background as a member of the U.S. Olympic Bobsled Team in 2006, also competing at the World Championship level in track and field as a hammer thrower, and finished her career as a two-time CrossFit Games team athlete. Bethany uses her knowledge, experience and expertise to simplify nutrition and other wellness strategies and help clients rebuild balanced health habits that are attainable and sustainable. Bethany offers a well rounded approach and deep passion for supporting her clients mental and physical well being.
