"Crushin' It" with Gina Fay & Jess Polizzotti A Goal Building, Conditioning & Nutrition Workshop for the Student Athlete Ages 9-14
9 am - 1 pm Mon-Fri $425 or $90/day Gear up for a week full of energy, fun, and empowerment—designed just for student-athletes! This workshop is all about celebrating YOU, embracing strength in every form, and boosting your fitness, stamina, and confidence. Whether you're crushing it on the field, court, ice, track, or in the studio, we’ve got something for everyone! Start with a mix of low and high-impact cardio and strength building exercises and then Gina will guide you through tailored stretching routines that work well for your body and the sports you love, helping you stay flexible, injury-free, and feeling your best. But that’s just the beginning! Gina will also dive into the power of fueling your body with nutritious foods. Get ready for simple, yet effective tips on nutrition that support both your athletic goals and overall well-being. You'll learn how to add in more vibrant fruits, veggies, healthy carbs, proteins, and fats—without ever feeling like you’re giving up your favorite snacks. It’s all about balance and treating your body with love, so you can feel strong and energized every day. Plus, you’ll leave with easy meal and snack ideas that you can make at home. Then, Jess will help you dream big with SMART goals, visualization, vision boards, and guiding you to set goals that inspire both on and off the field. You’ll gain tools to track your progress, while staying motivated and focused on what truly matters to you. And the best part? Everything is hands-on and all about building healthy habits that you can carry with you for a lifetime! Monday- Conditioning, Vision Boards & Breakfast (How to Make Yogurt Parfaits, Eggs: Sandwiches & Hard Boiled Eggs) Tuesday- Conditioning, Affirmations & Building a Balanced Snack Pack (How to Make Homemade Energy Balls & A Protein Packed Dip) Wednesday- Conditioning, Visualization & When to Eat! (How to Make Pre/Post Workout Meals & Smoothies) Thursday- Conditioning, Journaling & Protein (How to Make Crock Pot Protein) Friday- Conditioning, Goal Getting: Self Reflection, Self Assessment and Seeking Support & Building an Easy Power Plate about Ms. GinaGina Fay, owner of DanceFIT Studio in Natick, trained at Harvard in nutrition. Along with her dance/fitness offerings Gina provides workshops and one to one nutrition coaching to athletes with a
focus on body positivity. Gina is trained in pilates, group fitness, ballet, jazz, tap, acro & kids yoga. Gina is a mom of 3 student athletes. about Ms. JessJessica Polizzotti is a former middle school teacher and sports mom, who has created a coaching model that melds her educator skillset alongside her life coach training to empower athletes with a growth mindset.
