Commit to 20: A challenge to keep you motivated, active & strong!
January 13th - February 11th $20 participation fee + class credits REGISTER HERE
The rules:
* participate in 20 DanceFIT workouts in 30 days (Jan. 13th - Feb. 11th)
* cook 20 "real" plant-based meals - no processed food (email us a photo of your meal, the recipe or share a photo to the private FB page!)
* 20 mini challenges (you can pick from our challenge handout!)
The reward:
* complete the challenge, earn a pair of grippy socks!
The-one-on-one:
We know that fitness goals are more achievable with accountability. Gina or Sandra will check in with you at the beginning of the challenge to see what your personal goals are, help you develop personalized plan and check in with you via email or text on Monday/ Wednesday & Friday during the challenge.

* Please purchase a fitness journal for this challenge. Here are a few links to one that we like. Commit 30 fitness journal or Erin Condren. If you purchase a different one, make sure it has a place for long and short term goals, meal planning, and fitness planning. (There are some great digital ones as well!)
* Email Gina & Sandra (Send to gina@dancefitstudio.com) sharing a bit about why you were drawn to participate in this challenge and why you exercise or want to start. Please share a fitness goal for 2020.
