Prenatal yoga consists of linking safe postures with the breath. It helps bring awareness to the mind, body/spirit, and to your growing baby!
Even though we can’t physically be in the same space, we will be connecting with other mamas-to-be in this virtual workshop. The class is designed to make your home a peaceful, relaxing environment. Taking you through poses that will help strengthen the uterus, pelvic muscles, improve circulation, aid in digestion, exercise the spine and increase overall comfort. Relieving aches and pains or even preventing them!
