Join our July Smoothie Squad - for the month of July, aim to make and try at least 2-3 smoothies a week and share them on our community Instagram Group. If you have a favorite, you can totally repeat! Our goal is to eat lots of yummy food and fresh fruits and veggies. We all might have different goals within this challenge - and that is to be celebrated. The rules: For the month of July, plan out and make / try at least 2-3 smoothies a week! Post each smoothie on your Instagram, tag @dancefitstudio and use #dancefitsmoothiesquad How to sign up: Shoot me an email at [email protected] and I'll get you set up! Remember this is supposed to be social! Post on our group Instagram chat 2-3 times a week, meet up with other challenge friends for a smoothie date, and we will celebrate the end of the month with a big smoothie tasting party on July 25 from 4-5:30pm at DanceFIT Natick (bring your blender and we’ll all blend up our fave smoothies - we will supply tasting cups!).
