DanceFIT Philosophy
The goal of DanceFIT classes is to get FIT. The process can take on many forms. Whether strengthening your lower body through Stretch & Tone, working on your pivot turns in Cardio Dance, or learning first position in Pre-Ballet, DanceFIT Studio provides students the opportunity to improve technique, feel stronger, healthier, and more flexible through an assortment of workouts. Students will improve grace, coordination, and self confidence through the individual attention they receive and the encouragement to progress at his or her own pace.
