We are committed to the well-being of the community and also to keeping our dance classes fun, productive and safe.
Class sizes will remain small enough to ensure proper distancing throughout.
Thank you for taking the time to read the below guidelines.
Each dancer will stay within their own “stage” (a measured & taped off section of the studio), with their own barre (or marked off section at the barre) and personal prop bag. Sanitation: Force of Nature -- a non-toxic hospital grade, EPA- registered cleaner and disinfectant. Force of Nature is on the EPA’s list of disinfectants for use against covid-19 In Natick a Biogs 2.0 Air Purifier will be running in the studio at all times. HEPA is the most trusted filtration technology in the world, used by hospitals and scientific laboratories; it traps common allergens and bacteria that can carry viruses. Touchless hand sanitizer dispensers & soap dispensers Cleaning & disinfecting before, during and after each class
Face Coverings: We will follow EEC and Mass. state guidelines. Masks/face shield must be worn when entering and exiting the building. There will be the option for the younger dancers (ages 2-6 years) to remove their face covering once everyone is appropriately distanced within the studio. Teachers will keep their masks on the whole time and dancers are welcome to keep theirs on as well. **Dancers in 7-10 year old classes will keep their masks/face shields on for class. *The mask/face covering policy could change at any time. We reserve the right to move to a fully masks required policy if the dancers are struggling with social distancing rules or if guidelines change.
Entering & Exiting the studio: Drop off 5 minutes before class begins outside at the door. A staff member will greet dancers at the door. No parents/caregivers allowed inside the building (with the exception of Tippy Toes classes). Please remain in your car and/or maintain 6 feet of social distance while waiting to enter.
Students should bring only what they need for class (mask or face shield, ballet shoes, water)
Each dancer will dance within their own “stage” (a measured & taped off section of the studio), with their own barre, (or marked off section of the barre) and personal prop bag.
Please acknowledge screening questions posted at the door, and/or answer screening questions posed by staff. Staff with symptoms of illness will not report to work and we ask the same of anyone scheduled to be at the studio. Stay home if sick.
The above guidelines are subject to change. *The mask/face covering policy could change at any time. We reserve the right to move to a fully masks required policy if the dancers are struggling with social distancing rules or if guidelines change.
Thank you for your cooperation ❤︎
Class schedules are subject to change due to the uncertainty of school plans and to accommodate minimum/maximum enrollment requirements.
If it becomes necessary to close the studio for health and safety reasons, classes will move to the virtual platform. No refunds will be issued.
Refund Policy: We apologize, but at this time we are unable to offer refunds. Make-ups may be allowed for students enrolled in virtual classes, but due to fully enrolled studio classes we are not able to offer make-ups for students enrolled in studio classes.
