Adult Beginning Ballet A truly very beginning class designed for adult dancers. All fitness levels will appreciate the artistic aspect as well as the great exercise in this class. Ballet steps are introduced very slowly so that self esteem and ballet technique develop in a fun atmosphere. Although this class is designed to introduce ballet concepts to the new or returning dancer, students of all levels can benefit from the return to fundamentals. This class will build on techniques and terms each week.
