Adult Beginning Ballet is a truly very beginning class designed for adult dancers. All dancers will appreciate the artistic aspect as well as the great exercise in this class. Ballet steps are introduced very slowly so that self esteem and ballet technique develop in a fun atmosphere.
All Levels Ballet welcomes Adult Beginning Ballet dancers, as well as those seeking a class to build on those foundational skills and progress to more complex movements.

Fall 2 Adult Ballet Nutcracker Recitals and Receptions: Sunday, December 14:
If you are participating in the Fall 2 session of Adult Ballet, we welcome you to join us for an optional but fun and low-pressure Nutcracker Recital in the Natick studio on December 14! The dances will be taught all throughout the Fall 2 session. The recital includes a beautiful wardrobe piece to wear and keep, as well as a technique class/rehearsal from 5-6:15pm on December 14, followed by the shows at 6:30 and 7:15pm, and receptions with drinks and light snacks after each show.
