Register for a class on our website or on the MindBody app. Some of our classes are offered both in the studio and on Zoom at the same time, just make sure you register for the one you want to attend.
Join five minutes (no earlier, because other classes may be in session) prior to the start of class by pasting/entering the code.
Classes may be taught from one of our studios or from our instructor's home studios depending on the class.

A few technical tips:
Please close all the other programs on your computer while in your class. If you can plug into power and a hard-wired internet connection, amazing!
Please mute your microphone and turn on your camera.
If your connection is unstable, please check for Zoom updates and plug into a hard-wired internet connection.
FAQs Do other participants see you during the workouts? You will see the instructor at all times, and other participants will see you. It is how class is fun and provides encouragement and the group fitness experience from your home!
If you have a bigger computer screen and want it to be a really fun and social class -- try putting it on gallery mode for class! It's just like you're dancing along with your DanceFIT friends! If it's harder to see, keep it spotlighted on the instructor so you can clearly see what you should be doing safely. We REQUIRE your camera to be on for classes.
How much room do I need? Not very much. Just enough to lay down a yoga mat or dance around a bit, and you should be far enough from your computer so we can see you to help you with your form.
What makes virtual DanceFIT different than Youtube workouts or other apps? We are LIVE. We can see you, motivate you & get to know you. Studies support the fact that you work harder & stay motivated longer when working out in a group environment. Our method allows for that, even if you're the only one in the room. There's a true sense of accountability & community when you make a commitment to meet & work out with us. And not only is an experienced instructor pushing you, but also other peers just like you to keep you going.
My house is really messy... will everyone see it? We've see it all! Dogs, boyfriends, toddlers, screaming babies, piles of laundry & dishes... It doesn't matter! As long as your yoga mat is clear, feel free to ignore the mess behind you & take some time for yourself.
What kind of computer & equipment do I need? A computer or tablet, a strong internet connection, speakers, microphone & webcam. Start the Zoom app, and find the class code listed under the class description of your class here or in your DanceFIT app. Copy & paste the code.

Help! I'm on the waitlist for all my classes this week! Don't worry! We generally receive at least 1-2 cancellations per night allowing waitlisted clients to get moved into the class. Check your email during the day since you will be notified up to fours hours before the start of class.
If I sign up for a class & cannot attend, will I be charged? Once you have a spot reserved in the class you may cancel your reservation online, up to 4 HOURS prior to the start time without penalty. All unused classes are returned to your account for future use. If you see late cancel as the only option to cancel out of class, then you are past the 4 hour timeline to cancel and will lose that class.
**Failure to cancel a class or appointment within four hours, you will lose the class regardless if someone takes your spot. for those with unlimited packages, a $10 late cancel charge will be applied to your account regardless if someone takes your spot.
