Our Sweat and Smiles Clubs are small group fitness clubs that reduce the class size so you get more attention, accountability, and more laughs! It's personal training in a group setting. We are able to help with any goals you might have, work around physical limitations, and help you focus on being your best you. Gina's Natick 'Mat Fusion' Sweat and Smiles Club focuses on moving through her favorite modalities on the mat with a strong focus on individual attention to your needs. Sandra's Sherborn 'Reformer' Sweat and Smiles Club takes place on the Pilates Reformer, using the Pilates equipment to help you meet your goals and focuses on core work, posture, and mind body connection. This club is tailored to the groups’ needs, helping you meet your goals while building confidence through a strong mind-body connection. Gina can work around any injuries or modifications you need - it is personal training in a small group setting. These customized workouts are inspired by all Gina's signature classes: balletFIT, balletFIT cardio, sweat pilates, cardio bootcamp, deep stretch & ballet. *This club is reserved for 4 clients.
'Reformer' Sweat and Smiles
Join Sandra for an intimate small group Pilates Reformer training in our beautiful wooded Sherborn studio. Sandra will motivate you to work your hardest, keep a watchful eye on your form & technique and have FUN. This club is tailored to the groups’ needs, helping you meet your goals while building confidence through a strong mind-body connection. Sandra can work around any injuries or modifications you need - it is personal training in a small group setting. These customized Pilates Reformer sessions are designed to build a strong core, build flexibility, and reduce joint pain all while building up confidence on the equipment and building community within the group.
Class meets twice a week on Tuesday and Thursday mornings in Sherborn for 50 minutes.
