5, 10 and 20 class packages expire 12 months from date of purchase. Our unlimited month packages are valid for the calendar month.
All classes run as scheduled, unless fewer than four clients register for evening classes by 4 hours before class, and by 9pm the night before for morning classes. Clients are emailed in the event of a cancellation.
New Client Special is valid for 31 days and is for new clients ONLY.

We love seeing our classes so full of energy, and we want to make sure everyone has the best chance to get into class.
Please cancel yourself from class a minimum of 4 hours in advance of the class to avoid any fees if you are an unlimited member (or to avoid using your class, if you are using a numbered class package).
Clients using a BOGO, Single, 5- 10- or 20-Class Package: If you cancel within 4 hours of class starting, our system will charge/use one class from that package.
Unlimited clients: Thank you for trying your best to cancel more than 4 hours in advance. But we understand that life happens! As a thank you and a token of us understanding that, we will provide one free late cancellation/no show per month per unlimited client. For each late cancellation or no show thereafter, our system will charge $10. Charges will be processed at the end of the month and you will receive an email with the date(s) and classes it refers to.
Why We Have This Policy: Our policy is in place to help ensure more people have a chance to take class. When you cancel early, someone else gets to join. Conversely, if you cancel later or don’t show, someone on the waitlist might miss out. Our policy helps keep classes full, fair, and fun for everyone. We appreciate your understanding and your support in helping our community!
Waitlist Policy: Our waitlist is a great way to get into busy classes! We encourage you to sign up for the waitlist for a class only if you are confident you can attend, even if you receive short notice. Add yourself to the waitlist, and our system will automatically add you to the class when a spot becomes available. You will receive an email (and/or a text, if you have opted to receive them) to let you know you have been added.
Cancelling yourself from the waitlist: You are more than welcome to cancel your booking any time before the 4-hour window leading up to class to avoid being charged or using a class in your pack. Any time after that, you will not be automatically added to classes from the waitlist, but you may receive communication from a staff member asking if you would like to join on short notice, and you will have the choice. In those last-minute cases, you are not at risk of being charged for a late cancellation, since a staff member won’t add you unless you confirm you can make it.
Inclement Weather Policy: In the event of inclement weather, we will make a decision at least 2 hours prior to the start of class time and notify you of closures or a switch to a virtual class via email and on our social media channels. If your class is cancelled, you will not be charged a late cancellation fee or lose the class on your account. If your class moves to virtual and you cannot make the change from an in-person signup, you are welcome to cancel with no fee / no loss of class.
Adult Fitness & Dance Workshop Policy: Refunds are available for Adult Fitness & Dance Workshops up to 7 days before your workshop begins. You may choose full credit to your DanceFIT account to be used in the future or refund to your payment method minus a $30 fee. Cancelling within the 7 days results in a 50% credit or refund.
