Please Note: The below policies and procedures will remain in place until otherwise noted. Last updated 3/11/22. As we move forward and guidelines are updated by the CDC and the state we will reevaluate our studio procedures. As always, we will consult and follow guidelines for our industry and the demographic we serve.
Health and Safety Policies
As always: Thank you for your honesty, transparency and compliance when it comes to studio policies regarding Covid-19. We strive to keep our studio a safe and healthy place where our community can come and experience the power of dance and fitness. We thank you for helping to keep the community-at-large safe and healthy. Please continue to stay home if you are feeling ill. If you are experiencing ANY of the below symptoms, please stay home.
Face Coverings: As of 3/14/22, masks are optional and always respected for in-studio classes. The CDC now currently recommends wearing a mask based on your personal preference, informed by your personal level of risk.
We have taken great pride in how we have kept everyone safe & healthy this pandemic. We haven't had any spread at DanceFIT, and we attribute this to our caring, thoughtful and amazing DanceFIT community and cautious approach to the ever changing science & CDC guidelines. We also love your willingness to dance from so many different settings and locations, in our studios and virtually - we can DanceFIT ANYWHERE! Thanks for all your understanding and flexibility.
Cleaning: Force of Nature -- a non-toxic hospital grade, EPA- registered cleaner and disinfectant. Force of Nature is on the EPA’s list of disinfectants for use against covid-19. Biogs 2.0 Air Purifier will be running in the studio at all times. HEPA is the most trusted filtration technology in the world, used by hospitals and scientific laboratories; it traps common allergens and bacteria that can carry viruses. Props: All shared props will be cleaned after each class, or you are welcome to bring your own - please see Our Favorite Props for recommendations on where to purchase.
We ask you to bring your own yoga mat for all mat based classes (see Our Favorite Props for recommendations), there will no longer be a free mat rental at the studio.

General Adult Fitness Policies
We love when you sign up for classes ahead of time - if the class is underenrolled 4 hours prior to the start of class (or by 9pm the night before for morning classes), it will be cancelled.
Our virtual platform will continue running as always! If you or someone in your family is not feeling well, we still have Virtual Classes for you to move with your community in a safe way.
Outdoor classes will continue to be offered as well, but are weather dependent. If the class is unable to run as scheduled, it could either move inside, switch to our Virtual Platform, or be cancelled (you will not be charged a cancellation fee in the case of a weather related cancellation).
10 and 20 class packages expire 3 months from date of purchase and our 5 class packages expire 2 months after purchase. Our unlimited month packages are valid for 31 days.
All packages are valid to share with family & friends, except for the unlimited months.
All classes are as scheduled unless fewer than four clients pre-register for evening classes (by 2pm) and morning classes (by 9pm the night before). Clients are emailed in the event of a cancellation.
New Client Special is valid for 31 days and for new clients ONLY.

All purchases are NON-REFUNDABLE.
Sorry – but there are no refunds or make-ups for missed classes. No exceptions.
Waitlist Policy:
Our system will automatically add waitlisted clients into the class up to 4 hours before the class begins. The client will receive an email to let them know they have been added in from the waitlist. They are more than welcome to cancel any time before the 4 hour window leading up to class to avoid being charged, per our late cancel policy.Any time after that, clients will not be automatically added to classes. If you have any issues with the waitlist please shoot us an email, we are happy to help.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellation fees apply with a late cancel (4 hours prior to the start of class). Late cancels result in a used class. Clients with unlimited packages are charged with a $10 late cancellation fee, regardless if their spot is filled.
