We are committed to the well-being of the community and also to keeping our classes fun, productive and safe.
Please Note: The below policies and procedures will remain in place until otherwise noted. As we move forward and guidelines are updated by the CDC and the state we will reevaluate our studio procedures. As always, we will consult and follow guidelines for our industry and the demographic we serve.
Health and Safety Policies
Class sizes will remain small enough to ensure proper distancing throughout. (In studio classes will be 60% capacity)
Cleaning: Force of Nature -- a non-toxic hospital grade, EPA- registered cleaner and disinfectant. Force of Nature is on the EPA’s list of disinfectants for use against covid-19. Biogs 2.0 Air Purifier will be running in the studio at all times. HEPA is the most trusted filtration technology in the world, used by hospitals and scientific laboratories; it traps common allergens and bacteria that can carry viruses. Props: All shared props will be cleaned after each class, or you are welcome to bring your own - please see Our Favorite Props for recommendations on where to purchase. As a special thank you to YOU - all props that DanceFIT lent out to our community during the pandemic are yours to keep! Thank you for your continued support during this tough time :) Please continue using them for our Virtual Classes, or feel free to bring them back and forth to the studio for your In-Studio classes if you prefer that to sharing. We ask you to bring your own yoga mat for all mat based classes (see Our Favorite Props for recommendations), there will no longer be a free mat rental at the studio.
Face Coverings: Masks are no longer required for fully vaccinated individuals, but always respected. We're counting on your good citizenship to ensure that we maintain this policy. "Fully vaccinated" means that you are two weeks post second shot or two weeks post single-dose shot.
We are following the CDC guidelines when implementing this policy which states that unvaccinated people should continue to mask up.
Upon arrival at the studio, please acknowledge screening questions posted on the door. By attending in-studio classes you are attesting no to all questions listed below. Please note only those signed up for class are allowed in the building - no walk-ins are currently allowed. Have you, or anyone in your household experienced any of the below in the past 24 hours?
Fever greater than 100.0?
Taken a pain reliever or fever reducing medication?
Loss of taste or smell?
Any other signs of illness?
Have you had interaction with anyone known to be covid-19 positive (without wearing PPE) in the last 14 days? Have you recently been named a close contact to a positive covid case? If your answer is yes to any of these questions please stay home and reach out to us with any questions/concerns.
Staff with symptoms of illness will not report to work and we ask the same of anyone scheduled to be at the studio.
General Adult Fitness Policies
Please sign up for all classes ahead of time - no walk-ins are currently allowed.
Our virtual platform will continue running as always! If you or someone in your family is not feeling well, we still have Virtual Classes for you to move with your community in a safe way.
Outdoor classes will continue to be offered as well, but are weather dependent. If the class is unable to run as scheduled, it will either switch to our Virtual Platform or be cancelled (you will not be charged a cancellation fee in the case of a weather related cancellation).
10 and 20 class packages expire 3 months from date of purchase and our 5 class packages expire 2 months after purchase. Our unlimited month packages are valid for 31 days.
All packages are valid to share with family & friends, except for the unlimited months.
All classes are as scheduled unless fewer than four clients pre-register for evening classes (by 3pm) and morning classes (by 9pm the night before). Clients are emailed in the event of a cancellation.
New Client Special is valid for 31 days and for new clients ONLY.
Email us if you would like to start your unlimited on a specific date.
All purchases are NON-REFUNDABLE.
Sorry – but there are no refunds or make-ups for missed classes. No exceptions.
Cancellation fees apply with a late cancel (4 hours prior to the start of class). Late cancels result in a used class. Clients with unlimited packages are charged with a $10 late cancellation fee, regardless if their spot is filled.
