General Adult Fitness Policies
We love when you sign up for classes ahead of time - if the class is underenrolled 4 hours prior to the start of class (or by 9pm the night before for morning classes), it will be cancelled.
- 5, 10 and 20 class packages expire 12 months from date of purchase. Our unlimited month packages are valid for 31 days.
- All packages are valid to share with family & friends, except for the unlimited months.
- All classes are as scheduled unless fewer than four clients pre-register for evening classes (by 2pm) and morning classes (by 9pm the night before). Clients are emailed in the event of a cancellation.
- New Client Special is valid for 31 days and for new clients ONLY.
- Email us if you would like to start your unlimited on a specific date.
- All purchases are NON-REFUNDABLE.
- Sorry – but there are no refunds or make-ups for missed classes. No exceptions.
Waitlist Policy:
Our system will automatically add waitlisted clients into the class up to 4 hours before the class begins. The client will receive an email to let them know they have been added in from the waitlist. They are more than welcome to cancel any time before the 4 hour window leading up to class to avoid being charged, per our late cancel policy. Any time after that, clients will not be automatically added to classes.

Cancellation Policy
Cancellation fees apply with a late cancel (4 hours prior to the start of class). Late cancels result in a used class. Clients with unlimited packages are charged with a $10 late cancellation fee, regardless if their spot is filled.
In the event of inclement weather, we will make a decision at least 2 hours prior to the the start of class time and notify you of closures / changes to Virtual Studio via email and on our social media channels. If your class is cancelled, you will not be charged a late cancel fee or lose the class on your account. If your class moves to our Virtual Studio and you cannot make the change from an in person signup, you are welcome to cancel with no fee / loss of class.
For Adult Dance & Fitness workshops: Refunds are available for adult dance and fitness workshops up to 7 days before your workshop begins. You may choose full credit to your DanceFIT account to be used in the future or refund to your payment method minus $30 fee. Cancelling within the 7 days results in a 50% credit or refund.
