Tiny Tippy Toes: Play & Dance
A nurturing play based movement class designed for both tiny dancers and their adult. Adults engage in gentle interactive exercises and babies explore movement & music. 30 minutes.

In this level we introduce technique in a fun, creative, age appropriate way. Students will work on flexibility & body awareness through stretching and free dance. Students in ballet/tap combo classes will learn tap basics and work on rhythm & coordination. 45 minutes.

Students will work on flexibility & body awareness through stretching and free dance. Students in ballet/tap combo classes will learn fundamentals of both styles of dance and work on rhythm, coordination and self -expression. In Acro Dance & Stretch students work on building strength, balance, flexibility and coordination through dance & safe skill progressions. In Zumba® Kids, students will learn rhythms from around the world and have an international dance party each week. 45 minutes.

Ballet with Jazz, Acro Dance & Stretch, Zumba® Kids
Ballet with Jazz is a 50 minute class with a traditional ballet barre sequence with stretching, progress through ballet technique and end class with lively jazz dance. Students work on flexibility, body awareness, fundamentals, and self-expression. In Acro Dance & Stretch students work on building strength, balance, flexibility and coordination through dance & safe skill progressions. In Zumba® Kids, students will learn rhythms from around the world and have an international dance party each week. Acro Dance & Zumba® Kids are 45 minutes.

Ages 9-12
Ballet, TweenFIT: Dance Exercise
9-12 year old Ballet serves as a wonderful introduction to ballet for students with little prior training or for young dancers who want to maintain their dance technique while engaging in other activities. Steps are introduced gradually to foster self-esteem and develop ballet technique in a FUN environment. Students will learn basic ballet skills and terminology, including barre, center, and across-the-floor movements, as well as the fundamentals of balance and general alignment. In the center, dancers will work on mastering turns and traveling exercises. Emphasis is placed on the JOY OF BALLET, fluidity of movement, and proper head and arm placement.
TweenFIT features easy-to-follow dance patterns designed to get dancers moving, vibing to the music, breaking a sweat and making friends. Playlists will feature pop, hip-hop and R&B, with rock and international tracks thrown in the mix. This is a class designed to break down barriers and just have fun moving. 50 minutes.
