We also offer small group Sweat and Smiles Club - meeting weekday mornings for a personalized class in a group setting.  Read more about it here.

Reformer Pilates is amazing for building core and body strength, helping mitigate back pain, and feeling amazing while you move in a totally new way.  Because of its low impact and customizable approach, Reformer Pilates is also safe and fabulous to practice while pregnant or postpartum.
