Your 90-minute party includes:
Pricing:
$675 (includes the birthday child and 12 guests, please add $20/guest for any additional children). We can accommodate up to 17 children for dance parties and 14 children for yoga or stretch parties).
We are generally a drop-off party location due to our limited space. However, if up to 4 adults wish to stay, especially to supervise young children, that is included and encouraged.
If your party will include children and a mix of more than 4 adults staying, there is a flat fee of $50 to prepare our space accordingly. Thank you for understanding!
Deposit: $50 non-refundable deposit is due at time of booking and is deducted from the party total.

We would also be happy to customize a theme for you! Just ask! We've done everything from Bluey, to Star Wars, to Mary Poppins, to The Nutcracker, to Galinha Pintadinha! We have also hosted Princess Parties, make-your-own Monopoly parties, and much more!
Notes:
Party families may arrive 10 minutes prior to the party to take pictures and set out additional items.
Families may provide cake or cupcakes, small snacks, and goodie bags if you choose.
- A 35-40 minute dance class led by a seasoned DanceFIT teacher incorporating creative movement using fun props. (Parties can be tailored to your chosen theme and include your child’s favorite songs).
- A craft project, which serves as a great activity after dancing! We will explain them and help you decide! (Examples include: decorate-your-own magic wand, photo frame, adult coloring, beaded bracelets, sugar lip scrub, lavender scented eye pillow, and more).
- Now also offering full Crafting Parties! Want a day off from dancing or have guests that might feel more comfortable crafting? See our theme list below for more info! Our students will tell you, we are known for really fun crafts too!
- Tutus, scarves or fun party props for guests to borrow during the party.
- The opportunity for the birthday child to perform a solo in front of their guests to a song of their choice (dancers can also certainly be joined by friends!)
- Time for snack/pizza/cake at studio-provided tables. Cleanup is included :) We are happy to coordinate and order pizza for your party! $25 ordering fee, +pizza cost
- Lots of fun photo moments! We love helping set up those memorable shots!
- “Everything but the Cake” Your party includes everything you will need for a special and beautiful party ready to go when you arrive, just bring the cake! Includes mini waters and juice boxes (if desired), plates, napkins, forks and a cake knife. We will also decorate the studio with tablecloths, a happy birthday banner and balloons to then take home. Choose your favorite color or a rainbow mix, or we can make suggestions based on your theme.
- A voucher for a complimentary drop-in DanceFIT adult fitness class for you! Adults have fun at DanceFIT too!

- Face painting - +$150 Subject to availability, just ask us!)
- DanceFIT Birthday Ballet Box - +$75 This is perfect for our DanceFIT ballerinas who are ages 3-8. A DanceFIT curated personalized keepsake box full of special ballerina birthday gifts, including a tutu, hardcover ballet picture book, princess crown, and craft. If you would like a box curated for a tween or a different dance style, we can absolutely do that as well, ask us!
- Guest Favors - $12 per child: You are welcome to bring your own goodie bags or favors, or we can take care of this for you! We will give each guest a special gift to remember the party. Examples include a beautiful hair bow, scrunchie or headband, mini crafting kit, or an item custom to the party theme. We use pretty paper bags and like to choose gifts the guests will want to use multiple times.

- Twirl, chassé and leap your way to our super-popular party theme. Guests don’t need any ballet experience to enjoy this party.
- Yoga
- No yoga experience required! This is a great way to expose your child and their friends to the self-awareness of yoga. Guests will learn fun poses and enjoy a relaxing meditation.
- Stretch
- Active kids will love to take a break with the soothing self-care of the stretch party. A nice change of pace for those looking for a more calm party. (Pairs well with a spa-themed make-and-take item like a lip scrub.)
- ZumbaⓇ Kids
- This worldwide dance exercise sensation creates the perfect party vibe! Kids will learn dances in mere moments and have a blast to global beats!
- Contemporary Dance (Feel free to choose a Contemporary Dance Party, which will feature a mix of current artists. Or, choose a more specific theme option, see below.)

- Now also offering Crafting parties ✂️ as a theme! Instead of dancing, the party guests will start with a crafting segment, perfect for ages 8+. We will help customize and run the perfect crafting sesh!
- Tea Party Birthday! 🫖🍓This theme is so special! Enjoy some fun dancing, then a seated tea time with a choice of 3 beverages, a custom menu of snacks like a fruit platter, mini sandwiches or cheese and crackers, as well as a few sweet confections, all served on fine china! Guests can dress up if they wish, or be comfy! (+$150 additional, food and drink included)
