We have three studios: Natick, Sherborn, and our Virtual Studio.
Our studio and fitness classes are unique in that we prioritize fun and community. All of our classes are backed up by super fun music that will get you moving and excited to come back. And our instructors really are special - we hire community minded instructors who are the most warm, welcoming, and highly trained people that use positive reinforcement and friendly motivation to get you smiling and focused on yourself so you can achieve your goals.

BEFORE YOUR FIRST VISIT + Sign up for your first class on our website + Check the location (Natick, Sherborn or virtual studio) + Connect with us on our public social sites (FB & IG) or send us an email to introduce yourself ([email protected]) Also, join our private FB page, just for our fitness community. + Bring a mat to our studio classes or roll out your mat at home and log into our virtual studio (all zoom codes are in the class descriptions)
"What class should I start with?" We recommend picking the class that speaks to you first... maybe you want to dance, or stretch or strengthen.... we have classes for all those goals, and all classes we offer are suitable for beginners.
