SHiNE™ Dance FitnessSHiNE™️ is a cardio dance fitness class rooted in ballet, hip hop, and jazz set to today’s hit music. It has original choreography that can be performed at all levels. We incorporate routines that bring out different emotions and movement. For example, one song might make you feel graceful while the next might make you feel fierce. We vary the complexity and intensity of the routines to ensure your safety and success during a SHiNE™ class. The SHiNE™ dance floor is open to EVERY BODY. No dance experience is necessary…come as you are!

Zumba®Think you've taken Zumba® before and you know it already? You haven't experienced Zumba® at DanceFIT yet! Enjoy the international dance party that happens to be an amazing interval workout. We guarantee you'll smile all class long and leave stress at the door. Zumba® features global rhythms, and our instructors also infuse class with their own personal style and song choices, yes, some songs from right here in the U.S.! We guide you through easy-to-follow patterns so you can go all out, or modify as needed–we’ll show you how. All levels welcome, come and enjoy!

Sweat PilatesEnjoy a full body workout using a total body band, light weights (1-2lb), a bender ball and a pilates circle to help promote full range of motion, increase flexibility and build muscle without bulk, all to fun music. Through controlled movements, the props allows you to experience Pilates-style resistance workouts without the machines. We strengthen our entire body with Pilates mat work while bringing our heart rate up and getting a great sweat on!
Ballet shoes, sticky socks, or barefoot are all accepted. |
UPLIFT™UPLIFT™ is a full-body workout that combines traditional strength training moves with iconic music and sprinkles in some booty-shaking fun. Each choreographed class uses a combination of weights, resistance bands, and balance and mat work to target muscles and movements that will serve your everyday life. Come for the engaging playlist and hype energy!

Essential PilatesJoin us as we activate our muscles, develop core strength and stability, and heighten mind-body awareness in this class that is suitable for all Pilates levels. Coordinate your breath, layer on as you build on the exercises, and notice how you feel stronger each week! We’ll use props such as a ball, ring, or stretchy bands at times, and a great playlist is guaranteed!
Bare feet or sticky socks are recommended. You may bring a yoga mat or use one at the studio. |
Adult Beginning BalletA truly very beginning class designed for adult dancers. All fitness levels will appreciate the artistic aspect as well as the great exercise in this class. Ballet steps are introduced very slowly so that self esteem and ballet technique develop in a fun atmosphere. Although this class is designed to introduce ballet concepts to the new or returning dancer, students of all levels can benefit from the return to fundamentals.

Deep StretchThis stretch class is a very simple class with one purpose;
S-T-R-E-T-C-H-! Stretching increases flexibility, while easing tension and stress in the body. This class is a good healing therapy for anyone willing to give their body room to grow, breathe, and relax. Suggested Props: Yoga strap or pilates circle (a towel can also be used), yoga blocks Please have a mat. Ballet shoes, sticky socks, or barefoot are all accepted. |
Yoga RestoreThis class blends gentle vinyasa yoga with deeply restorative movement for a full-body reset. We’ll begin with slow, heat-building moves like sun salutations, then gradually transition into longer, nourishing stretches designed to help you truly feel every movement. Soft lighting and calming aromatherapy will set a peaceful tone throughout class. We’ll close with a rejuvenating savasana, and we encourage you to bring layers like cozy sweatshirts and/or a small throw blanket to wrap yourself in and fully relax. Restoring your body is such an important piece of the puzzle, come treat yourself!
