SHiNE™ Dance FitnessSHiNE™️ is a cardio dance fitness class rooted in ballet, hip hop, and jazz set to today’s hit music. It has original choreography that can be performed at all levels. We incorporate routines that bring out different emotions and movement. For example, one song might make you feel graceful while the next might make you feel fierce. We vary the complexity and intensity of the routines to ensure your safety and success during a SHiNE™ class. The SHiNE™ dance floor is open to EVERY BODY. No dance experience is necessary…come as you are!

Zumba®Zumba® is an international dance party that happens to be an amazing interval workout. Amp up your heart rate, sculpt and tone your legs, and strengthen your core–all while smiling and leaving stress at the door. Zumba® features the soulful Latin American rhythms of salsa, merengue, reggaeton and cumbia, and each instructor also infuses class with their own personal style. At DanceFIT, we groove to JLo, Pitbull, Camila Cabello, Shakira and more! We guide you through easy-to-follow patterns so you can go all out, or modify as needed–we’ll show you how. All levels welcome, this class is suitable for beginners. Let’s travel the world together!

Sweat PilatesEnjoy a full body workout using a total body band, light weights (1-2lb), a bender ball and a pilates circle to help promote full range of motion, increase flexibility and build muscle without bulk, all to fun music. Through controlled movements, the props allows you to experience Pilates-style resistance workouts without the machines. We tone our entire body with Pilates mat work while bringing our heart rate up and getting a great sweat on!
Please have a mat. Ballet shoes, sticky socks, or barefoot are all accepted. |
balletFIT CardioLove our balletFIT™ barre class, but need that extra kick start? This intense cardio class will get your heart rate up by combining classic ballet floor exercises, hip hop, calisthenics and jumping combinations. You will come away feeling strong from head to toe!

strengthFITChallenge yourself in this 30 minute weight training class. We’ll build strength by isolating specific muscles and using heavy weights to work your muscles to exhaustion. Classes will be focused on a specific body area each class to target the muscles and will cycle through the body throughout the month. Focuses will be on upper body, core, legs, & glutes.
Props: A set of light (4lb) and a set of heavy weights (8lb) are recommended for this class. Please have a mat. Sneakers recommended. |
Dance StrongFeel amazing and enjoy the sweat and the hard work that happens when you combine cardio dance and strength training all in one class. This class promises an upbeat, killer playlist while working through cardio and strength segments. Class will end with a relaxing full body stretch.
Please wear sneakers. Please bring your own yoga mat. Other weights / props will be available at the studio for you to use. |
flowFITFlowFIT is a music driven workout that combines the muscle sculpting benefits of Pilates with the flexibility of flowing Yoga movements. Using only your own body weight for a low impact class, FlowFIT will increase your strength, flexibility, balance, and focus using beautiful flowing sequences of movement set to fun, upbeat music. Suitable for all levels!

balletFITStrengthen and condition like a ballet dancer in this beautiful and intense signature DanceFIT workout. Inspired by traditional ballet & pilates you will learn how to plié, tendu, sauté, and even learn a few dance steps in this fun, full body, fast paced fitness class. Targeted toning, barre and cardio exercises will improve flexibility, balance & strength. The ballet barre (or back of a chair or table) will be used to assist with balance. Absolutely NO dance experience is needed or expected for this class. This program was designed for "non-dancers."
Please have a mat and a "barre" (a chair works great if you're at home. In the studio, we provide a barre). Ballet shoes, sneakers or sticky socks are all accepted. |
Sculpt PilatesSame favorite Pilates class, new class name!
Enjoy a full body workout using a total body band, light weights (1-2lb), a bender ball and a pilates circle to help promote full range of motion, increase flexibility and build muscle, all to fun music. Through controlled movements, the props allows you to experience Pilates-style resistance workouts without the machines. We tone our full body with this Contemporary Pilates mat work which focuses on strengthening specific muscle groups and reducing joint strain. Please have a mat. Adult Beginning BalletA truly very beginning class designed for adult dancers. All fitness levels will appreciate the artistic aspect as well as the great exercise in this class. Ballet steps are introduced very slowly so that self esteem and ballet technique develop in a fun atmosphere. Although this class is designed to introduce ballet concepts to the new or returning dancer, students of all levels can benefit from the return to fundamentals.

Deep StretchThis stretch class is a very simple class with one purpose;
S-T-R-E-T-C-H-! Stretching increases flexibility, while easing tension and stress in the body. This class is a good healing therapy for anyone willing to give their body room to grow, breathe, and relax. Suggested Props: Yoga strap or pilates circle (a towel can also be used), yoga blocks Please have a mat. Ballet shoes, sticky socks, or barefoot are all accepted. |
Roll and RelaxExplore facial release techniques and stretching using YOGA TUNE UP BALLS or 2 TENNIS BALLS. Work on building road maps of your body and learn where your body holds tension so that you can relax and release tension using self massage. Learn a new way to reset and relax!
