Happy Crocktober! Join us in the free challenge to cook as many crockpot recipies in October as you can! Our goal is to each cook TWO crockpot / slow cooker meals a week starting Oct 1. Print out the fun image below to fill in the boxes in as you cook each crockpot meal, and then share what you made with us on our private WhatsApp group for the challenge. We celebrate with a potluck party on Oct. 23 as part of our DanceFIT Staycation. Bring your crockpot full of food to the Natick studio along with a few printouts of the recipe, plug it in, and share with friends!
