Dance & Fitness Classes

Our boutique dance & fitness studio offers a variety of FUN fitness classes for adults.  We believe that the key to fitting more activity in your life is rediscovering that joy of movement!

Check out our variety of classes. We recommend 3 classes a week for feeling great! Think through your week ahead and decide what your body & mind needs this week. It might change week to week and that is not only OK, but it is encouraged.

Balance out your classes with how you are feeling, and don’t forget the recovery step - it is important. ;)

LOW IMPACT - RECOVERY
We focus on stretching and rolling out sore muscles for a healthy and proper recovery from everyday activities (sitting, walking, high impact classes, toning classes, etc.

*DanceFIT classes are small & intimate with highly trained instructors; we can modify ANY class to help you with any low impact needs you might have (yes, including Zumba® or SHiNE™!)
