We are so excited you will be dancing & working out with us al fresco! Please sign up in advance.

Our outdoor classes are held in the DanceFIT Parking Lot at 124 East Central Street Natick 01760.  Our amazing clients have also been hosting classes in their backyards.  If you are signed up for a backyard class, we will email you the address. 

Before you come
Please fill out our new online waiver, if you have not already done so. We will not have paper copies so please fill it out asap :) Be sure to complete your smart waiver ahead of time!

Please bring:
- Water
- Mask
​- Sneakers
- Yoga mat
- A sweatshirt - the nights can get cool!  We also suggest bringing a blanket/towel to pad your mat.
