About the challenge
1) Plan your week on on a beautifully designed template by facilitator & DanceFIT Instructor Sandra. Plan on pen & paper and hang on the fridge.
2) Eat fruits, veggies, and whole grains: Aim for 6 servings of fruits and veggies and 1 of whole grains (check them off as you eat them)
3) Plan workouts: Aim for 3 DanceFIT classes and 3 extra movement workouts (walking, stretching, running, extra DanceFIT classes)
4) Plan meals: Plan out your meals & snacks for the week to encourage mindful eating.
5) Daily self care: Meditate, take a long bath, get extra sleep, do a face mask, take Roll & Relax, journal, connect to whatever makes you happy.
6) Chat & share: We will communicate, meet new FIT friends and build community & support by using the WhatsApp, and special zoom stretch & chat sessions on Fridays at 5PM, exclusively for challenge participants.
