Join Gina every Tuesday & Thursday morning at 9 AM for an intimate group fitness express training in our beautiful sunny Natick studio. Gina will motivate you to work your hardest, keep a watchful eye on your form & technique and have FUN. This club is tailored to the groups’ needs, helping you meet your goals while building confidence through a strong mind-body connection. Gina can work around any injuries or modifications you need - it is personal training in a small group setting. These customized workouts are inspired by all Gina's signature classes: balletFIT, balletFIT cardio, sweat pilates, cardio bootcamp, deep stretch & ballet. *This club is reserved for 4 clients.
