Bring your child with you to your morning workouts!

You workout while we color, read and play with your kiddo! Sign up for BalletFIT (Mondays) or Sweat Pilates (Fridays) and bring your kiddo with you! We are so excited to play with them and bring out all our fun dance toys, stories and coloring pages while you get a good workout in. Our lobby has a beautiful see-through door so your child will be close by and within view. The best way to prioritize yourself and set a great example for your little one - let them see how strong you are!
