This is a joyful way of eating that celebrates good foods while keeping a focus on flavor and the pleasure of socializing. Hydrate * Drink 90 ounces a day
Discipline One of the best attributes of dancing is discipline. Your daily routine & habits should mirror your priorities & goals. * Plan your meals in our beautiful PlanFIT planner * Attend a weekly meeting on Sunday evenings after stretch (required)
