train HARD like a dancer
​for 21 days

Take the training cues from the world's strongest athletes, BALLERINAS! No dance experience needed, just discipline & commitment. This program is limited to six dedicated participants.

Take 6 or more DanceFIT classes (or private lessons) a week
* Dance a LOT 
* Cross train with pilates, stretch & flowFIT 
* Prioritize an active recovery day (stretch class or walk)

Stay inspired with a Mediterranean meal focus
Plant-based foods, such as whole grains, vegetables, legumes, fruits, nuts, seeds, herbs and spices, are the foundation of Mediterranean eating. This is a joyful way of eating that celebrates good foods while keeping a focus on flavor and the pleasure of socializing.

Hydrate
* Drink 90 ounces a day

Discipline
One of the best attributes of dancing is discipline.  Your daily routine & habits should mirror your priorities & goals.  
* Plan your meals in our beautiful PlanFIT planner
* Attend a weekly meeting on Sunday evenings after stretch (required)

Accountability
* Weekly one-on-one check in with Gina or Sandra
* We have 3 options to track your results.  These will be presented at our first meeting & you choose.

Sunday, Sept. 18 8-8:45 PM 
meet participants, learn about the Mediterranean lifestyle, plan your workout schedule, create your accountability plan, meal planning tips & suggested meal plans 

​​Sunday, Sept. 25 8-8:30 PM  
program kick off, week #1 group fitness challenge, Mediterranean breakfast & snack ideas, accountability, plan workout schedule  

Sunday, Oct. 2 8-8:30 PM
week #2 group fitness challenge, Mediterranean lunch ideas, print 1 recipe to share, accountability check in, plan workout schedule
 
Sunday, Oct. 9 8-8:30 PM 
week #3 group fitness challenge, How to eat out while focusing on Mediterranean eating, accountability check in, plan workout schedule

Sat, Oct. 15 6-8 PM 
Mediterranean potluck dinner at DanceFIT, challenge wrap up, accountability check in, plan workout schedule

*each seminar will be followed by an optional Q & A
