Virtual birthday parties are a festive way to connect with your friends, celebrate with your dance teacher & give your friends the gift of a dance or yoga class they can take at home!
the party details:
*40 minute class structured like your regular ballet class or yoga class
*interactive birthday games included
*a virtual "spotlight" on the birthday dancer while he/she dances a solo for party guests
*a special coloring sheet you can send to your guests
*your dancer can pick the music theme! send us a list of their favorites and we will integrate them into your dance class
*we will all sing happy birthday and you can present them at home with a cake/ treat
*we will take screenshots of the party for your photo albums to remember your dancer's special "socially distant" birthday
the technology details:
*we will send you a code and simple login instructions for your guests on the zoom platform
*this virtual party format works best (in terms of video quality & taking turns to interact) with about 15 participants or less
suggestions of ways to make it extra special at home:
*purchase your dancer a new fancy dance outfit, a special wand for their solo, or a new yoga mat
*ask your friends to dress with the theme (ex. princess & party dresses, bright colors for a Moana party, pajama yoga party etc)
*order ballet party plates for a family party
*decorate your dancers "home studio" with ballet decorations
*if you have time & ability, it would be cute to drop a cupcake off at each guest's house
