What do you teach at DanceFIT? I am a substitute for all things Pilates and toning. In group or private. How would you describe your classes & teaching style? Flowy, creative, with emphasis in integrated breath and optimal posture. Do you have a favorite class to teach (if you teach more than one)? I am a huge fan of teaching Power Pilates and Barre. What do you do outside of the studio for fun? Love to hike with my partner and Greater Swiss dog, May. I am a movie buff and avid reader, fearless traveller, and LOVE taking dance classes with Erin! What music will we hear in your fitness classes? Alternative rock, a lot of pop (Taylor Swift and Harry Styles vibe), a bit of techno stuff, if the beat goes with the work in the class.
